One of the things I appreciated most about the Certified Financial Management Professional (CFMP) program is the flexibility of the self-paced learning format. Being able to complete the course during my own free time allowed me to balance my studies with my other responsibilities and learn at my own convenience.
For areas of improvement, I suggest enhancing the video lectures by providing more in-depth discussions rather than brief overviews of the topics. Assigning a consistent trainer throughout the program may also help maintain a uniform teaching style and learning pace.
Additionally, aligning the video lectures more closely with the modules would create a more cohesive learning experience. Currently, some topics discussed in the videos differ from the content provided in the reading materials. Ensuring better integration between these resources would help learners understand and apply the concepts more effectively.
For the quizzes and examinations, I suggest incorporating more questions that reflect the discussions from the video lectures and practical applications of the concepts, rather than focusing primarily on the reading materials. This would encourage a more comprehensive learning approach and better assess the participant’s overall understanding.
Overall, the CFMP program was a valuable learning experience. Despite the areas that can be improved, I gained significant knowledge and insights from the course. Thank you for providing this opportunity and for continuously working to enhance the program.
